Splash Car Wash, headquartered in Milford, CT, announced the successful acquisition of 4 Seasons Car Wash, which operates 2 locations in the Liverpool, New York market.
One of these locations is an express wash that offers self-service operations, while the other location will be converted to the express format in the coming months.
This recent acquisition brings Splash’s total wash count to 54, 38 of which are located in New York and the rest located in Connecticut and Vermont.
Market Significance
Splash has started construction on an additional 2 locations in Leray and Oswego, New York, and has a total of 22 projects in different stages of development.
Splash plans on entering two new Northeastern Markets via new washes being developed in Massachusetts and New Jersey.
