Autobell was founded in Charlotte, NC, in 1969 by the late Charles “Charlie” Howard, and is still privately held and family-operated. Charlie had the vision to provide a high-quality car wash experience focused on the customer. Do that at a good value, and people will keep coming back. Charlie’s vision has not only survived but it’s also thrived. Autobell now has over 3,000 highly-trained team members and washes nearly five million cars annually.
