Zips has successfully completed the acquisition of five car wash locations from Lightning McClean Car Wash in North Carolina & Virginia.
“This multi-site acquisition allows us to serve more customers in a concentrated area of southern Virginia and northern North Carolina, where we already have a strong presence in surrounding cities,” said Mike Corey, chief development officer for ZIPS Car Wash.
Market Significance
Through this acquisition, ZIPS has extended its presence to new communities, including Danville, Virginia, and Durham, North Carolina.
