Magnolia Wash Holdings acquires a standalone site in Snappy’s Express Wash.
Market Significance
Magnolia progresses in their plans to pursue acquisition and development opportunities in existing and new markets throughout the southeast with the acquisition of a single Snappy’s Express Wash located in Crawfordville, Florida. Owners of Snappy’s Express Wash are expected to hold onto their remaining site and utilize proceeds for the growth of their current operations or expand into other and/or existing markets.
Chief Financial Officer of Magnolia, Kyler Poyer, had displayed enthusiasm in recent acquisitions in alignment to their expansion plans by stating the following: “We are excited at the opportunity to be able to continually expand within our current operating markets and are looking forward to expansion into new markets in the future.”.
