  • Sunshine State Car Wash operated a single location in the city of Sunrise, Florida. This single location is already operating under the El Car Wash branding at the time of this writing.
Market Significance
  • El Car Wash now operates 18 locations in the state of Florida with this acquisition. Their acquisition pipeline has them lined up to have at least 40 operating locations by the end of 2023. 
  • El Car Wash and Sunshine State Car Wash have merged their unlimited membership programs. This allows existing Sunshine State Car Wash members to have the same access to El Car Wash that their Sunshine State Membership allowed them.
